Classes

Nishad Parmar conducts group and individual percussion classes in the Chicagoland area.
Gain an understanding of the rhythms from India in various North Indian percussion instruments such as Tabla, Dhol & Dholak.  Students will learn various Taals (rhythmic cycles), Gharanas (styles of playing) & techniques of playing/performing.
